电缆弓形高速成缆机 | Cable Bow-Type High-Speed Stranding Machine

用途 Purpose:
  • 弓形纵列成缆机捻返式绞合, 适用于4-5股控制电缆及圆形电力电缆高速成缆, 尤其是在量产时最能显出生产效益。中型电缆可选用双轮引取作高速生产; 大型电缆则选用履带引取。回转体和引取分别由独立电机驱动。MMI+PLC电脑控制, 预设转体转速和绞距。
  • Bow-type longitudinal stranding machine with reverse twist, suitable for high-speed stranding of 4-5-core control cables and round power cables, especially showing the highest production efficiency in mass production. Medium-sized cables can be optionally equipped with double-wheel take-up for high-speed production; large cables use crawler take-up. The rotating body and take-up are driven by independent motors. Controlled by MMI+PLC computer, preset rotating speed and stranding pitch.
